YOUTH ATHLETIC PROGRAM
Our BRAND NEW 12,000 square foot facility allows our young athletes the space they need to help over performance. Our programs include dynamic warm-up, speed and agility drills, plyometrics, injury prevention and overall strength and conditioning exercises.
Physical fitness is beneficial to all ages and BE1ST FITNESS has an outstanding program for young athletes. When conducting clinics and camps, our aged groups are as followed:
15 & older
At the beginning of each program, our athletes will be tested on their physical and mental abilities in order to better help our trainers establish specific goals and personal objectives. Each athlete will receive personal attention within a small group as it is important to establish proper technique throughout the drills.
Our youth athletes will be challenged in a competitive atmosphere and pushed mentally and physically in a positive environment to better help character development and establish a competitive drive that will be beneficial as they progress in their athletic endeavors.
